A symphony of bright, fresh flavors in a buzzy corner adorned with hand-painted tiles reminiscent of Printemps Haussmann, Salon Vert offers ultra-fresh seafood, a rotating list of wines and cocktails, and inventive dishes inspired by the former French colonies.
